Grow Early Learning Centre is currently looking to hire a strong, confident and well knowledge Diploma trained educator, to join our team as a Room leader. Grow ELC is a boutique family run business with centres based in Blacktown and Girraween. At our centres we aim to supply quality childcare in a warm and secure environment. We are currently looking to recruit a Room Leader in our Toddler for our Girraween centre. We pride ourselves on providing the highest possible standard of care and require an enthusiastic and passionate people to be part of our team.

Skills and Experience:

- Completion of a Diploma.
- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning
- Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Sound knowledge of child development 0-6 years of age
- High level of skill in planning and implementing programs for the children in the centre's care.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create a stimulating and positive environment for the children
- Writing observations and analyzing children's progression and development
- Plan and implement stimulating and effective programs for young children
- Have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Work as a team by guiding and leading a team to provide an educational and caring environment for young children
- An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth and development
- Support families and communicate with them about their child's development
- A friendly and enthusiastic personality

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.53 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
