Child Care Centre Leader

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced and dedicated Centre Manager who can oversee the smooth operation of a child care centre.

Key responsibilities include creating strong ties and relationships with families, local schools, businesses and surrounding networks.

They will also be responsible for coaching and guiding a team of passionate educators to best practice, ensuring the highest quality of classroom curriculum.

The successful candidate will ensure that all internal and external play spaces are fresh, age appropriate and safe.

Financial management is also a key aspect of this role, with responsibility for key metrics including enrolments, occupancy and centre operating expenses.

Qualifications and experience required include:

  • Minimum Diploma Qualified
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Strong understanding of Regulation/Legislation, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • Proven experience managing a child care centre
  • Strong team leadership experience

Additionally, working knowledge of Xplor would be beneficial but is not essential.

This is a rewarding role with opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Salary**: From $45.00 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday
