As a coaching professional, you will work closely with clients to explore their strengths and aspirations, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.

About the Role:
As a coaching professional, you will be responsible for sourcing and creating career opportunities that match clients' skills and interests. You will champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions. Your role will also involve engaging and working alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and create career opportunities that match clients' skills and interests
• Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions
• Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment
• Broker work experience to build participants' skills and assess employer/client compatibility
• Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training
• Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion
• Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities

Requirements:
• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (desired)
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
• Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions
• Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current Driver's License (essential)
