Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Motivate and direct your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide expert guidance on complex risks and contract reviews.
  • Branch Growth: Drive expansion through strategic planning and relationship-building.

Requirements

  • Commercial Broking Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial broking, with a focus on managing mid-market portfolios.
  • Risk Management: Proficiency in ISR, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor, and Construction risks.
  • Contract Review: Ability to review contracts and advise confidently on PI and construction exposures.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, not just manage, and develop people to achieve their full potential.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
