Home Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide home care support to our clients in the Geelong area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with domestic tasks such as meal preparation and light cleaning
  • Provide personal care including grooming and showering
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
  • Follow approved medical professional's instructions for daily routines
  • Establish positive relationships with clients through rapport building and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification
  • Australian Driver's Licence and ownership of a registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or other relevant qualification
  • Experience and confidence in providing personal care
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build and maintain positive relationships
