Cloud Project Management Expert Wanted

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced senior candidate with a broadly developed background in cloud computing technologies and advanced advocacy and communication skills.

The right person for this customer-facing role will enhance and improve the onboarding journey of our cloud customers while providing the level of competency necessary to manage a portfolio of cloud projects.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end cloud onboarding, upgrades, and projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, define project scope per contracts, goals, deliverables, and timelines, and ensure compliance with cloud governance and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Cloud Onboarding, Upgrades, and projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D engineering, Cloud security, Operations, Support, and Product business units.
  • Define and confirm project scope per contracts, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and blockers in collaboration with engineering and technical R&D teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years focused on cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud migration and modernization projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
