Professional Development Training Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work on casual projects for experienced trainers and facilitators in AOD & Mental Health.

About the Position
  • Able to effectively communicate complex information to groups.
  • Experience working with clients in challenging circumstances.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Internet.
  • Relevant Diploma level or higher qualifications in psychology, social work, health, community services or related field.
  • Ideal candidates have experience using Motivational Interviewing and/or Behaviour Change framework.
  • Ideal candidates have accreditation as Mental Health First Aid instructor from Mental Health First Aid Australia and ASIST trainer.
