Job Title: Training Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of trainers and assessors, ensuring exceptional training and assessment experiences for students while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support trainers to deliver outstanding training and assessment.
  • Monitor performance, SLAs, and delivery standards to ensure compliance with ASQA and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and support on student queries, feedback, and complaints related to trainers.
  • Collaborate with the Academic Operations Lead to implement new processes, quality improvements, and initiatives.
  • Facilitate one-on-ones, team meetings, and onboarding for new trainers.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in vocational education and training.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry currency.
  • Strong knowledge of ASQA Standards and delivery compliance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
