Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our service teams across a range of premium venues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service at events across Brisbane.

The role involves overseeing event setup, service delivery, and pack down to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely delivery and setup of catering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
  • Representing the brand with professionalism and attention to detail on every event
  • Liaising with clients, venues, and suppliers during events

Requirements:

  • 2 years or more experience in a similar role or high-end dining
  • Must be confident in carrying 3 or more plates at once
  • Must be confident in clearing a minimum of 5 plates 'a la carte' style
  • Experience with set up & pack down of weddings, functions & conferences
  • Enthusiasm in the hospitality industry & interest in expanding your events experience & knowledge
