About This Role:

Our vibrant venue is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team and take us to the next level.

We're looking for a passionate leader who thrives on building community, delivering memorable events, fostering strong relationships with performers, celebrating great shows, and developing a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our fast-paced venue
  • Manage multiple venues, adept at leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing management teams
  • Develop and implement event and entertainment programming
  • Coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively
  • Budget oversight experience
  • Knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing best practices
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional standards and a diverse workplace

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of direct late-night entertainment experience
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Venue Manager
  • Proven track record in event and entertainment programming
