Process Operator

We are seeking an experienced Process Operator to fill a key role in our processing plant team.

  • As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner to maximise plant performance and achieve quality product to meet customer requirements.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in operating a wet processing plant, particularly in heavy medium separation, grinding, flotation or reagents and filter press. Additionally, they will be competent in control-room operation and possess safe isolations & permitting systems experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and control areas of the processing plant including crushing circuit, HPGR, screening, heavy media separation, milling and gravity, flotation, filtration, reagents, and tailings treatment.
    • Identify and communicate items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair.
    • Provide recommendations on process improvements.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent full-time position based at our Pilgangoora operation which operates on a 8:6/7:7 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.
