Role Overview

The Investor Relations role is pivotal in communicating the company's financial performance and strategy to shareholders and investors. This entails facilitating seamless information exchange between external and internal stakeholders, preparing market presentations, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

This position involves delivering high-quality results presentation and investor discussion packs, as well as quarterly trading updates to the market. Additionally, it requires preparation of in-depth analysis for senior management and collaboration with key stakeholders to shape external disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of half-yearly results presentation and investor discussion pack, and quarterly trading update announcements to the market
  • Preparation of detailed analysis and insights for senior management, supporting external disclosures
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to prepare and shape external disclosures
  • Implementation of strong project management disciplines, including adherence to timelines and verification requirements
  • Support with inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders, including investors and analysts
  • Preparation of analyst consensus updates and forming informed insights
  • Management of external printing requirements and maintenance of online digital assets

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of current banking and finance industry trends
  • Ability to develop effective relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/business
  • Professional accounting qualifications highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
