Program Manager - Data Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the governance, reporting, and controls of a large-scale data transformation program. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Senior Analysts, maintaining RAID logs, delivering high-quality program reporting, and conducting QA on program and project artefacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the PMO function across the data transformation program.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Senior Analysts.
  • Maintain and oversee RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
  • Deliver high-quality program reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct QA on program and project artefacts, ensuring alignment with standards.
  • Partner with Program and Project Managers to maintain program alignment and outcomes.
  • Use Jira to manage program reporting, dashboards, and visibility.
  • Drive process improvements across PMO practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a PMO Manager or 8+ years as a Senior PMO Analyst looking to step up.
  • Strong background in RAID, reporting, governance, and QA.
  • Proven experience with Jira for reporting and program tracking.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor a small team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce polished reporting for executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
