Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Civil engineers play a vital role in designing and developing infrastructure projects that impact our daily lives. As a senior civil engineer, you will be responsible for leading teams of engineers and technicians to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing according to plan.
  • Manage budgets and forecast financial outcomes for projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of design software and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
