As the leader of our Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) practice, you will drive change in Darebin's built form. Your role involves providing expert advice to developers, staff and stakeholders about ESD, building capacity within the organisation to drive a sustainable future for our community, and contributing to the development and implementation of key environmental policies, strategies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of planning principles, as well as other relevant codes, regulations, guidelines and legislation associated with the built environment. They will also possess technical expertise in ESD design and environmental technologies that improve ESD outcomes in the built form, and experience in facilitation and leadership skills related to organisational capacity building and training.
