Senior Pursuit Leader

We are seeking a seasoned bids specialist to lead high-profile pursuits and tenders across the state, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and technical experts. The successful candidate will coordinate multiple bids of varying scale and complexity, ensuring every submission is sharp, strategic, and client-focused.

  • Oversee the full bid lifecycle, from strategy and scheduling to production and submission.
  • Drive consistency, compliance, and quality across all pursuits.
  • Partner with teams to shape win strategies and support client-facing initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practice to elevate performance across the function.
  • Analyse bid outcomes to improve processes and success rates.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience leading bids and pursuits within a professional services environment (legal, accounting, property, engineering).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills.
  • Excellent influencing and relationship-building abilities.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
