Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to build your advisory expertise while making a meaningful impact for clients and the firm. As a Transfer Pricing Manager with strong compliance and advisory skills, you will expand your expertise working with outbound multinationals. You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of advice. You will lead client relationships, oversee junior team members and identify advisory opportunities for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance requirements for clients, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Design and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients involving complex financing transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes.
  • Manage firm-related administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Guide and delegate tasks to junior team members, supporting their growth and maintaining workflow.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify advisory opportunities and support clients on complex transfer pricing matters.
  • Assist clients during ATO risk reviews and transfer pricing disputes, coordinating with local and international stakeholders.
  • Contribute to newsletters and articles on transfer pricing, sharing insights with colleagues and clients.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 4 years of transfer pricing experience in a global accounting firm or multinational organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple compliance deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and Australian transfer pricing regulations.
  • Relevant tertiary and CA/CPA qualifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an enquiring mindset.
  • Ability to independently develop and sustain client relationships.
  • A team player who is also capable of working autonomously when needed.
