About the Role

We seek a seasoned professional to join our dynamic transfer pricing team, providing expert guidance on international and Australian regulations. As a key member of our team, you will oversee compliance requirements for diverse clients, design transfer pricing strategies, and collaborate with clients to implement operational processes.

  • Oversight of client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Development of transfer pricing strategies, including complex financing transactions.
  • Collaboration with clients to implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes.
  • Management of firm-related administrative tasks, including billings and risk management.
  • Guidance and delegation of tasks to junior team members, supporting their growth.
  • Development of strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement.
  • Proactive identification of advisory opportunities and support for clients on complex transfer pricing matters.
  • Assistance during ATO risk reviews and transfer pricing disputes.
  • Contribution to newsletters and articles on transfer pricing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years of transfer pricing experience in a global accounting firm and/or multinational organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple compliance deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and Australian transfer pricing regulations.
  • Relevant tertiary and CA/CPA qualifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an enquiring mindset.
  • Ability to independently develop and sustain client relationships.
