**Gym Role Overview**

At our gym, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a customer-facing role.

This position involves providing exceptional customer service and reception duties, including greeting guests, members, and staff. The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, and have a strong focus on presentation and approach.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Customer service and reception duties
  • General reception tasks and taking pride in presentation
  • Assisting with stock take and administrative duties as required
  • Membership and retail sales, including cross-selling and approaching guests or members to discuss their needs
  • Understanding memberships and their requirements
  • General cleaning and maintenance of the gym, including walking the gym floor and ensuring cleanliness
  • Reporting any maintenance issues that require attention

**Eligibility Criteria**

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong PC literacy and administration skills
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Schedule**

The working hours for this role are:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Afternoon shift
  • Monday to Friday

**Commute/Relocation**

This role requires:

  • Rundle Mall, SA: Reliability to commute or planning to relocate before starting work

**Experience**

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

  • Desktop administration: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Licence/Certification**

We require:

  • First Aid Certification (preferred)

**Work Authorisation**

Applicants must hold:

  • Australia (required)
