Travel Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced travel professional to join our team. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be the face of our company, communicating and responding to requests for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more.

This role involves searching and confirming travel reservations for corporate clients using various communication modes, providing consultation on client travel policies and ensuring compliance with necessary regulations, as well as fulfilling all requests regarding industry information such as low fares and exchange costs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Search and confirm travel reservations for corporate clients

    • Fulfill requests regarding industry information such as low fares and exchange costs
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a travel agent with at least 5 years' experience managing domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Mid to advanced level skills in GDS Sabre
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
