Job Description

The HSE Advisor will play a key role in driving a proactive and strategic approach to workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance across the business.

This role is responsible for embedding a culture of safety, risk mitigation, and regulatory adherence, while also ensuring effective injury management and long-term workforce sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training, incident investigations, risk assessments, and audits, with prior experience in a similar role being advantageous.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formal qualifications (Diploma or greater) and previous HSE experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Development and delivery of education and training material
  • Experience in incident investigations, risk assessments and auditing
  • Confidence in your ability, which helps you quickly build rapport and trust at all levels
  • A good working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and standards
