We are seeking qualified, reliable, and passionate Personal Care Workers to provide assistance to individuals in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include:

  • Transportation
  • Shopping and errands
  • Personal care assistance
  • Companionship and social interaction
  • Meal preparation and nutrition support
  • Social and community access

Requirements:

">
  • Availability Monday - Friday, with flexibility for weekend work
  • Minimum 25 hours per week availability
  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care
  • Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients
  • Knowledge of person-centred care principles and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Care or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car with fully comprehensive insurance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
  • Valid National Police Check
  • Updated First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain one
  • Blue Card
