Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Direction: Take ownership of creative, artistic, and cultural trends, and use them to inform your visual approach.
  • Idea Generation: Collaborate with copywriters to develop and execute creative ideas that meet client briefs and exceed expectations.
  • Artistic Leadership: Direct all aspects of art on a brand, taking into account the brand's values, target audience, and communication channels.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute ideas across multiple touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency, quality, and alignment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, account teams, and production companies to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Client Relationships: Participate in new business pitches and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of innovative ideas and inspire professional growth within the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing outstanding campaigns and projects that demonstrate your creative vision and technical skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising and creative trends, techniques, and developments.
