As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019.
- Lead and manage a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to residents, building capability and overseeing performance to ensure the team is delivering results safely and efficiently.
We are looking for a positive and customer-focused individual with exceptional communication skills. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality care and are committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents, we want to hear from you.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the NSW Registration Board.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- First Aid and CPR qualification.
- Fluent spoken English and literate in English.
