Workplace Experience Coordinator

Job Overview:

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be the face of a leading pharmaceutical brand, based in Sydney's North-West. You will work alongside a supportive team of professionals, helping deliver exceptional facilities and front-of-house services in a busy, fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing our switchboard with warmth and professionalism
  • Coordinating reception, meeting room bookings, and front-of-house operations
  • Supporting facilities tasks like site walks, EHS safety checks, and maintenance requests
  • Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and general administration (training provided)
  • Taking on Fire Warden and/or First Aid responsibilities (training can be arranged)
  • Helping run internal events, large team meetings, and office engagement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is polished, proactive, and loves creating a welcoming, organized space. You should have worked in a corporate environment—ideally in workplace, hospitality, or facilities roles—and possess strong administrative and customer service skills.
