Job Title: Middle Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Middle Leader to join our team at SchoolHouse. As a Middle Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our students and staff, and contributing to the overall success of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of students and staff
  • Contribute to the overall success of the school
  • Work collaboratively with other leaders and staff members
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress and achievement

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
  • Hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education
  • Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of the school
  • Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
