Job Overview

This is a full-time, salaried role based in Ballarat VIC.

The Process Trainer will provide support to ensure our Processing Operators are fully trained and equipped to operate machinery at peak performance. By contributing to the development and delivery of training programs reviewing essential documentation and supporting the frontline leadership team you will help drive safety quality and productivity across the site.

  • Ensure all Process Operators are Trained so all equipment operates at an optimum level to produce a finished product of the specified quality within specified timeframes.
  • Participate in and deliver training and assessment to all areas of Processing.
  • Review documentation and support updates and or revisions to Standard Operating Procedures Work Instructions Visual Standard Works & Best Operating Practices.
  • Support the frontline leadership team to ensure safety quality cost and delivery metrics are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure all process operators are trained so all equipment operates at an optimum level producing a finished product of the specified quality within specified timeframes.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs review essential documentation and support the frontline leadership team.
  • Review documentation and support updates and or revisions to standard operating procedures work instructions visual standard works and best operating practices.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A relevant qualification and/or experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
