In this role, you will work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and implement effective solutions.
Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing best practice processes, facilitating maintenance analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

- Problem-Solving: Support operations in problem-solving, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing corrective actions.

A proactive approach, commitment to continuous learning, and experience in maintenance, operations, or process improvement are highly desirable.
