Are you a technical training expert looking to drive business value through technology adoption?

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in instructional design and delivery of 3DExperience (3DX) training to support our PLM Product Support Team.

About the Role

As a PLM Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our transition to 3DX, performing instructor delivery tasks, courseware material development, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led 3DX training sessions across multiple sites
  • Perform train-the-trainer and mentoring tasks for BDA programs
  • Analyze lesson framework needs and design in-person and online training solutions, including short how-to videos
  • Conduct 3DX courseware continuous improvement tasks and pilot new courses with innovative processes
  • Collaborate with business partners to support testing and development of new processes and technologies
  • Assist with testing and validation of 3DX changes to ensure functional and performance requirements
  • Provide technical support to users on 3DX and processes
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in PLM and training delivery
  • Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing

Requirements:

  • Experience using PLM tools (3DX, eMatrix, Enovia, Teamcenter)
  • Qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, aviation maintenance, software development, or configuration management
  • Qualification or experience in delivering and/or developing technical training
  • Confident public speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
