About the Role

The People Experience Advisor is a key role within our Workforce Capability team. This pivotal position partners across departments to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, embedding our values and strengthening the employee experience.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering culture and engagement programs, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, and employee recognition and reward strategies.

  • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action plans, and events
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of employee recognition programs and facilitate workshops
  • Monitor engagement metrics and analyze results to inform actions and continuous improvement
  • Support the effective delivery of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) plans
  • Project management of Workforce Capability programs, including maintaining program calendars, communications, and evaluation processes
About You

You will be a strong project manager with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in HR, employee engagement, DEIB, or organizational development
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using engagement or DEI data for reporting and decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
