Role Overview
As an Operations Manager at Myriota, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of unlocking better outcomes for people and the planet. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing administration, facilities, and travel, and creating a well-supported work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create a seamless and efficient work environment by managing daily operations, facility maintenance, and office supplies.
- Organize office events, celebrations, and team activities while coordinating visits from external guests.
- Provide occasional assistance to the CEO, including calendar management and administrative support.
- SOURCE AND NEGOTIATE WITH OFFICE SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS TO OPTIMIZE OFFICE OPERATIONS.
