Key Responsibilities

  • Organize office events, celebrations, and team activities while coordinating visits from external guests.
  • Assist the CEO with calendar management, travel arrangements, and administrative support.
  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with office suppliers, service providers, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on facilities management and event coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Adept at problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
