We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Robert Walters Australia. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Windows server platforms, including Active Directory, DNS, PKI, and remote desktop services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a Windows server platform, including Active Directory, DNS, PKI, and remote desktop services.
- Design, test, and deploy new versions of the Windows operating system, build and maintain system images, and integrate with VMware and Citrix VDI Platforms.
- Integrate and manage security software and configurations.
- Provide automation for VM images and templates.
- Monitor VDI performance and optimize tools for a dynamic network environment.
- Implement MFA solutions and conduct regular system health checks.
- Develop and manage backup and recovery services for virtualized Windows systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows-related issues.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Systems Engineer with a strong background in system design and integration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in deployment and imaging technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Shell scripting.
- Proven experience and qualifications in Microsoft server and desktop technologies (including Exchange, WSUS, MECM).
- Demonstrated experience in administering Omnissa (VMware EUC) and Citrix Cloud technologies.
