Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to support a multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional care to families in our community.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and efficient with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will thrive in a team environment and be confident working with databases, Microsoft Office and internal systems.

About the Role
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls and public enquiries
  • Manage the service email inbox and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Oversee accurate data entry for child behaviour and caregiver checklists
  • Maintain and manage both electronic and physical patient records
  • Record and track maintenance requests for the service
  • Coordinate the booking system for fleet vehicles
Requirements
  • Organised and efficient with multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident working with databases, Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Experience in a healthcare or community service setting is an advantage
