We are seeking passionate and dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality essential care, personal assistance, and companionship to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional care and support services to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents and their families through regular communication and collaboration.
- Assist residents with daily tasks, contribute to their overall wellbeing, and provide personal hygiene, grooming, nourishment, mobility, and other needs as required.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
- A commitment to delivering a high standard of care and service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for effective documentation and record-keeping.
- A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organisational skills and planning abilities to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
