Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients in their daily lives, including domestic assistance, personal care, and community access.
  • Implement planned activities to promote client independence and well-being.
  • Assist clients with medical appointments and provide transportation as needed.
  • Report client requirements and reinforce positive behavior.

Requirements
