Job Title: Disability Support WorkerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering quality services that promote independence and enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized care plans in consultation with clients, their families or guardians.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide assistance with meal preparation, feeding, and medication management.
- Encourage participation in social activities to promote social interaction among clients.
- Accompany clients on outings or appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate records regarding client's health status.
- Certificate III/IV in Disability Services highly desirable.
- Prior experience working in disability services and in palliative care is required.
- A current valid driver's license, roadworthy vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card, CPR, and First Aid Certificate are mandatory requirements.
