Key Responsibilities
  • Review tender documentation, scope of works, and contract documentation to ensure accurate pricing and project delivery.
  • Prepare estimates on a range of projects across Queensland and Northern NSW, utilizing industry standard software programs.
  • Collaborate with our experienced and supportive team to identify risks, opportunities, and present alternate methodologies or solutions to achieve a greater outcome for the project.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About You

To be considered for this role, you must have site experience in the Australian Civil Construction sector on subdivisions and infrastructure projects between $500k and $20M. Ideal qualifications include:

  • Experience pricing or delivering civil projects (ideally in subdivisions).
  • Demonstrated ownership in your previous roles.
  • Proficiency with industry standard software programs and the ability to articulate construction methods clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to identify risks, opportunities, and present alternate methodologies or solutions to achieve a greater outcome for the project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with co-workers, management at all levels, clients, and sub-contractors.
