About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our Pre-contracts team on the Sunshine Coast. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in pricing civil infrastructure projects and ensuring our bids exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review tender documentation, scope of works, and contract documentation
  • Prepare estimates for a range of projects across Queensland and Northern NSW
  • Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team culture
Requirements
  • Site experience in the Australian Civil Construction sector on subdivisions and infrastructure projects between $500k and $20M
  • Experience pricing or delivering civil projects, ideally in subdivisions
  • Proficient with industry-standard software programs and ability to articulate construction methods clearly and concisely
  • Ability to identify risks, opportunities, and present alternate methodologies or solutions to achieve a greater outcome for the project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with co-workers, management, clients, and sub-contractors
