Investment Portfolio Analyst Role

As an Investment Portfolio Analyst, you will provide comprehensive investment input into the management of asset allocations across diversified portfolios. You will work closely with Senior Portfolio Managers to support the portfolio management of MySuper portfolios.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing asset allocation of portfolios;
  • Conducting in-depth portfolio and asset allocation research and analytics;
  • Drafting presentations, reports, and investment committee papers; and
  • Providing general investment research and support to assist in portfolio management.

You will also assist with the preparation and implementation of asset management strategies for direct property portfolios and contribute to the valuation cycle, accounting, and financial reporting for the direct property trust.

Requirements

  • A proactive attitude and exceptional client service approach;
  • Excellent written and communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize with excellent time management;
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and report writing skills;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Previous exposure to institutional property owners is advantageous;
  • Industry experience from investment managers, asset owners, or asset consultants is highly regarded;
  • Strong academic results from tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, or related fields. CFA qualification is preferred.
