Electrical Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to lead our Mission Critical team.

With a diverse portfolio of projects, we are expanding our team to support a growing portfolio of data centre initiatives and looking for a founding member to spearhead the mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for new-build and upgrade data centre projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a growing team of engineers
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects to the highest standards
  • Drive innovation and energy-efficient solutions in mission critical environments
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong experience in data centre MEP design
  • Proven leadership ability and ambition to build and lead a specialist team
  • Deep understanding of standards and best practices in electrical building services
