The role of Lead Electrical Engineer in our Data Centre Division offers an exciting opportunity to lead the growth and development of a mission-critical team. As a founding team member, you will contribute to shaping the engineering consultancy's vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver electrical systems for new-build and upgrade data centre projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a growing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects successfully, meeting client expectations and company objectives.
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions in mission-critical environments, driving innovation and sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong background in data centre MEP design.
  • Proven leadership ability and ambition to build and lead a specialist team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Deep understanding of electrical building services standards and best practices, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
