Job Title: Lead Facilitator - Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Facilitator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Lead Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients in the field of quality assurance and control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver public and in-house training courses on quality assurance and control
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assess participants against Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and Exemplar Global (EG) competencies
  • Provide feedback and support to participants
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials
  • Participate in industry seminars and workshops to maintain currency of knowledge
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in quality assurance and control
  • Current professional experience in the field of quality assurance and control
  • Tertiary qualifications in the area of specialisation
  • Certificate IV TAE or higher
  • Current EG and/or AQF competencies in the specific area/domain of delivery
  • Post Graduate tertiary qualifications in the area of specialisation
  • Knowledge of the AQF and the Australian VET sector
