Election Training Facilitator Opportunity

PERSOLKELLY, a leading recruitment provider, is seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to deliver training sessions for polling officials across Western Australia.

About the Role:

As a Training Facilitator, you will design and deliver engaging training sessions to equip polling officials with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct the upcoming Federal Election. You will work closely with a Training Subject Matter Expert to respond to technical questions and support the delivery of training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver face-to-face training sessions to polling officials across Western Australia
* Prepare and setup training venues in accordance with guidance, including transporting training materials and liaising with venue contacts
* Communicate any concerns or issues to AEC staff following each training session
* Complete and maintain all training records accurately

Essential Requirements:

* Extensive training or teaching experience, preferably with a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
* Australian citizenship
* 18 years or over
* Access to a mobile phone and email
* Access to a registered and comprehensively insured personal motor vehicle
* Own laptop with appropriate HDMI connectors
* Character clearance, including a police check
* Ability to travel to multiple locations
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules and locations

Polling officials across Western Australia, including but not limited to, the Gascoyne region, Carnarvon, Exmouth, Goldfields-Esperance region, Esperance, Kalgoorlie, Great Southern region, Albany, Katanning/Mt. Barker/Denmark, Kimberley region, Broome/Fitzroy Crossing, Kununurra, Peel region, Mandurah, Serpentine-Jarrahdale, Perth Hills, Pilbara region, Perth metropolitan, Bibra Lake, Canning Vale, Welshpool, South West region, Busselton, Bunbury
