Job Title: Lead Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Facilitator to join our Training Team at Intertek. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients, ensuring that they meet the required standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients and align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform training program development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training programs are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Deliver training programs in a variety of formats, including classroom, online, and virtual.
  • Assess participant learning and provide feedback to improve future training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in adult education and training.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in adult education and training, preferably in a professional services capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
