Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MSP for anywhere from 10-15 users.
  • Provide oversight on all ICT systems (including Microsoft 365) performance, maintenance, cyber security and risk mitigation.
  • Establishing and monitoring dashboards to provide analytical reporting.
  • Maintain Polaris' Information Security Management System.
  • Ensure all compliance and governance obligations (Veolia, customer and regulatory) are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Managing ICT costs, budget planning and life cycle replacement.
  • Providing a high degree of customer service to our client and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree or trade qualified in an ICT field highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in an operational ICT role.
  • Proficiency in ICT systems management (preferably Microsoft 365), including performance, security, and compliance.
  • A strong understanding of virtual and end user computing environments.
  • Expertise in budget planning, cost management, and life cycle replacement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Current licence and reliable transport.
  • Have no restrictions in obtaining an Australian Federal Police check.
