Job Summary

Our organisation seeks an experienced Environmental Professional to lead projects in the water sector, utilising their technical expertise and project management skills.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in water quality chemistry, hydrogeology, and surface water management, with experience in analysing large datasets and presenting complex information visually and orally.

They will also have excellent understanding of the UK water industry and its regulation, as well as strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage resources, prioritise workload, and develop others within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects in the water sector, applying detailed knowledge of water quality chemistry and hydrogeology.
  • Manage large datasets of ground and surface water quality data, presenting complex information to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for contaminated ground and surface water.
  • Provide expert advice on environmental discharge permitting and remediation techniques.
