We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Intensive Bail Initiative Team as a Senior Practitioner. In this role, you will work closely with external stakeholders to increase and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children.
You will be responsible for driving quality program planning and implementation, coaching and training colleagues, developing and maintaining operational stakeholder relationships, coordinating staff caseloads and program logistics, and maintaining a caseload of clients.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have strong levels of initiative, be highly adaptable, and be able to confidently assess risk and develop comprehensive case management plans according to individual need.
You will also require a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or significant experience working in a similar service. Additionally, you will need to have demonstrated experience and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and families.
