Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of testers. This includes overseeing the full range of test writing, testing, and defect creation as part of the regular development/testing cycle of agile projects. You will also develop, document, and manage a detailed and comprehensive Test Strategy for ICT programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Supervise and act as a Principal Tester conducting the full range of test writing, testing, and defect creation">
  • Develop, document, and manage a detailed and comprehensive Test Strategy for ICT programs">
  • Ensure the implementation and reporting of quality testing methods to align with best practice ICT testing methodologies">
  • Provide effective mentoring to staff including assisting with managing staff performance and building team capacity as required">
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of testing frameworks and provide sound advice and recommendations on any aspect of test planning and execution">

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with other leaders to estimate the test effort and team. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to provide comprehensive monitoring and reporting on projects to ensure effective implementation of project deliverables.
