Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Red Team. As a Red Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering technical red team (adversary simulation), purple team (attack replay) and penetration testing services to leading organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing and leading Red Teaming and/or Purple teaming activities to test the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls;
  • Conducting and leading penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in applications, systems, and networks;
  • Providing technical direction to the team and keeping client stakeholders up to date;
  • Driving technical excellence within the team and developing internal tools and procedures to optimise delivery;
  • Delivering management and detailed technical reporting, providing pragmatic recommendations, and contributing to presentations and debriefs to technical and business stakeholders;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering Red Team engagements for leading organisations;
  • Strong leadership skills and experience, including technical coaching to junior team members;
  • Advanced industry certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSED, CRTP, CRTO, GXPN, or CREST CCT INF / CCT APP;
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience writing and conveying complex red team and penetration testing narratives for various audiences;
